who can help me ? 
i have aproblem in my windows 8 developer – no driver for my modem – i have modem internet ( alcatel modem ) HSB USB MODEM – I WAS runing this modem normaly in windows 7 – but in windows 8 – i puted the modem in my computer do install the program for modem – and but there is a problem – when i go to the devise manager – i see 4 yelow icon for ports
port 1 – port 2 port 3 port 4 porc 5 not installed –

what can i do ??
