VISTA HOME
ON STARTUP I GET THE MESSAGE "CONFIGURING UPDATES STAGE 3 OF 3 0% COMPLETED" AND "DO NOT TURN OFF"
IT THEN SHOWS "SUTTING DOWN" AFTER VERY BRIEFLY SHOWING THE LOGON WINDOW.
CAN THIS BE FIXED ?
