I bought an Acer computer loaded with Vista because i believed i would be able to load photographs from Secure digital cards such as San disk and fuji film.
with XP software the card are instantly recognized and interaction with the computer is easy with Vista insertion of a SD card in the slot provided nothing occurs a complete waste of my time and $1700.
I have been told I can upload a soft program from the supplier of the SD cards but that is not apparent and I suspect the people selling a dodgy product of doing what ever they can to keep the sale.
VISTA is perceived as good but when you buy and use it it is complete rubbish and computers associated with it are gaining the same reputation.
I tried to run CA Vet security soft ware the system was so slow I removed it and just went with the software programed into the VISTA load of crap.
when the computer crashes I expect i will go over to MAC on the basis it has such a small market share it may well try hardert to supply a product of merchantqable quality which will do what the purchaser intended.
So good luck with the load of rubbish
Mr. Ed James an unhappy owner!
