Windows Vista Update

I WANT MY OS DISK

I bought an Acer Aspire 5735-6694 with a copy of windows vista 64 bit edition preinstalled on it.

I want an actual physical copy of the OS in case I have a major system failure and need to reinstall windows.

I contacted Acer about this and have been informed that they ,by Microsoft's agreement,are not required to relinquish my copy of windows to me.

Were can I get My bought and paid for copy of windosw vista.

I don't feel that it is right that I should have to pay for it again.
