I liked the vista computer until it froze on me.
The HP support helped me recover everything and the computer worked fine but then the monitor kept going off and had to keep turning it on to use computer.
I have talked to HP support 4 times and no results yet to get new monitor.
They just won't honor the warranty and this computer is only less than 6 months old.
I'm very frustated with Customer Support and beginning to think they won't do anything for me.
Sure wish I had bought the Dell I was looking at.
I hope no one else gets sucker by the lousy Support Service.
