My Acer Aspire 9410-2597 had access to the internet for over three years. Internet Explorer reports no connectivity, while all other PCs in home work.

click start, click network, click network sharing center, click manage network connections, right click on the connection your using, click diagnose, then click reset network adapter. good luck.
