hi i have proplam in my vista i have download vista hom basic windows new but i dont know what s happen each time when i wanna download somthing the window cant itstall the program into the computer programs like msn and anti virus dosnt let download nothing even internet explrore 8 allsow tell that dosnt work with this sistem i had xp window befor and was work good no like vista i dont know the proplam could som hepe me plez
