Windows Vista Update

64 bit processor and 64 bit Vista

I received the HP 64 bit computer for my birthday. I was unaware of the 64 bit only assuming it was just the average computer.

Ends up I use the notebook to connect to my office's Cisco Pix firewall.

Then I find out that Cisco does not support the 64 bit Vista with it's version of VPN. Called HP & Microsoft, both say this is it and there is no option to the 32 bit Vista.

This notebook has no option to set at 32 bit. Best Buy wants a 15% exchange fee.. Maybe I should have had them buy me a Mac.
