Yea I have this problem too. It seems to only happen when I install a windows update. What the crap!!!

Solutions to solving 0xc000000f errors

Step -1- Download imgburn www.imgburn.com
Step -2- Download Hiren's BootCD 9.8 from
www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd and unzip
files

Step -3- Open ImgBurn and add hiren's bootcd
and click "Write image files to
disc and add unzipped files to it.
place a blank cd/dvd in drive and
click click green arrow between cd
folder and cd icons at botton left.

Step -4- Place cd on non-booting computer and
choose boot to cd option.

At this point, I am sure you are in it.

run CHKDSK and then fix NTSF FILES.

Your computer should be as good as new.
