Mr. Bob

I am trying to access my pay stub on my company's website from my home computer.

A new window opens up with the PeopleSoft logo on the upper left.

My information is visible, but the word "processing" flashes in the right hand side of the screen, and I cannot do anything in that window.

I just got off the phone with Oracle and they have referred me to my IT Dept; who does not know the answer either.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
