How do I customize an HRMS to ELM (PT 8.49) EIP

We have a custom field in HRMS 8.9/PT 8.49 (HANFORD_ID_HNF) that we need to feed to ELS/ELM (9.0/PT 8.9) during the full and incremental syncs.

I have added the custom field to the PS_LM_STG_PRS & PS_LM_PERSON tables in ELM, have modified the PS_PERSON_V3 view in HRMS to include the field. Have added a custom field to the DERIVED_HCR_PER record in HRMS.

The Publication fires on HRMS but no custom data is being sent in the Contract.

What else do I need to add/change to get the custom HANFORD_ID_HNF field populated during the Sync process?
