MySpace has received a Windows 8 type makeover

Under the category of who really cares, the mostly forgotten website MySpace is getting a redesign.
What is striking is that the new design is strikingly similar to the horizontal tile based approach Windows 8 has taken.
They released a preview video showing the new proposed layout.
