Inside Windows 8: PC Settings – Privacy

In Windows 8, you can configure your system privacy.

You can get to this from the Charms > Settings > More PC Settings > Privacy

Inside Windows 8: PC Settings - Privacy

Inside Windows 8: PC Settings - Privacy

You can adjust decide the following:

  • To let applications use your location
  • To let applications use your name and account picture

The third one is interesting:

It says “Help improve Windows Store by sending URLs for the web content that apps use”

I’m not sure this will be in the RTM version.
