Black Screen of death for Windows 8?

Winrumors.com are speculating that Microsoft may have switched from the Blue Screen of Death on prior operating systems to a Black Screen of death on Windows 8.

The last time Microsoft used a Black Screen of death was in Windows 3.x when DOS based apps failed to execute correctly..

    black or blue, the blue (or black) screen of death should not even exist. Its certainly become rare for me since windows 7, lets hope it stays this way.
